About Our Program
Our Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) program is designed to provide comprehensive training in three steps:

Didactic Training: Complete 200 hours of online class instruction.

National Certification Exam: Pass a 3-hour online exam.

Clinical Externship: Complete a minimum of 160 hours of hands-on clinical training at one of our partnered practical training sites.
CCMA Online Classes

Duration: 10 weeks (200 hours of Didactic Class)

Modules: 5 learning modules, each 2 weeks in length

Lectures: Conducted via Zoom, assignments on Google Classroom

Live Online Classes: Monday through Thursday from 6 PM to 10 PM

In-Person Clinical Training: Fridays at the main campus

Total Tuition: $2,795.00

Registration Fee: $245

Tuition Fee: $2,255.00

Payment Plan Available: $2,545.00 total (includes a one-time service fee of $45)

National Exam Fee: $169.00 (paid directly to the National Healthcareer Association)

Textbook: "Today's Medical Assistant: Clinical & Administrative Procedures," 4th Edition, available for purchase through AUMT for $90.00
Enrollment Requirements

Age: Must be 18 years or older

Education: Must be a High School graduate

Pay the $245 registration fee to secure your spot in the class.
Class Options
We offer Live Online and Hybrid Classes with the following schedules:
Option 1: Morning Course

Time: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Monday – Thursday online, Friday in-person clinicals)
Option 2: Evening Course

Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday – Thursday online, Friday in-person clinicals)
